The Operations Assistant plays a key role in the day-to-day functioning of our organization.This position supports a range of administrative and operational tasks, with a focus on managing financial logistics, maintaining accurate records in Salesforce, and providing hands-on event support. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, tech-savvy, and enjoys working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly. 

Community Relationship Manager

We are looking for someone to join our team who wants to work with ICS volunteers, oversee our donations, and support critical projects and events that support our mission. This position will give you exposure and experience with all of our core programmatic areas. Reporting to the Executive Director, this position is ideal for someone who loves all things Italian, has experience growing and nurturing communities, and is passionate about leveraging tech to improve our work. This position requires the regular exercise of independent judgment and discretion.
